Meta has not fixed by store issue even though I have contacted support 2 tines in the past 5 days.

I'm currently trying to buy blade and sorcery with my quest cash from my gift card and the store keeps saying "error occurred file an appeal" and stuff so obviously I contacted support but no response or change. I still can't buy my games. I am very frustrated with Meta, please fix this ASAP.

    Unfortunately, this a common issue...... the forum is full with posts about this problem.

    If you tried it from the phone, maybe try buying from inside the headset. That worked for me twice.

    Reading these findings from a user might help, too.
