My cousin (14) has a scheduled account deletion but deadline passed and he has ID

My cousin missed the deadline to verify his age on June 6th and the log in button on the support will just stop him from verifying and just say scheduled account deletion and will only let him download his information and wont let him verify his age and when he tried to use the serial number it says that no support is available
