I recently purchased the meta quest 3s Batman Arkham shadows bundle from Walmart and my headset didn’t come with the Batman game so I went to Walmart and they told me I had to pay for it when I told them I shouldn’t have e to when i purchased the bundle so how do I go about getting the game before December

    Hi Doubler223 🙂

If the box says Batman is included, contact Meta support via email, chat or WhatsApp HERE

Open the link in an incognito window, otherwise the support options won't be displayed.

If it isn't stated on the box that Batman is included, you haven't bought a bundle. 🤷‍♀️

I'm not even sure, if the bundles are still offered.

Usually, Walmart tells people to contact Meta, if the game was included and they are not able to redeem it.

Not quite. Walmart still offered/sold these packages this year as well.

I wish, one could rely on the expiry dates Meta is publishing.

But what do I expect, if people get migration mails... more than two years after the deadline. 🙄
