You can't beat home made Chips and I don't mean American Chips. Good old fashioned English Chips.

I have a decision to make for next week...

    Do I purchase this:

    For $800, comes with:

    Cisco 2509 access server
    Cisco 1841 and a 2821 router
    Cisco 2960 and 3750 switch
    The CCNA 200-120 CBT DVD

Or, do I go the "entertainment route" and get this:

Goal Zero Sherpa 100 solar kit, $600. This would allow me to stay in the field and not have to "stop in to McDonald's to charge all my crap" when I go out.. and it will allow for me to do a more "expedition" style of hiking/biking.

    Decisions, decisions.

Those two things seem to have different purposes, which do you need more? Also, how does either of those help you VR better? You've got to stay focused on the goal.Do you have an omni-directional treadmill yet? I would start there.

Well, the networking equipment could potentially lead me to have a better connection to online VR services.. while the solar kit would allow me to "VR-Anywhere", regardless of power outlets :D

One vote for the solar kit. Can use it for biking excursions and survival situations.
Not a Rift fanboi. Not a Vive fanboi. I'm a VR fanboi. Get it straight.
