Here's mine...

I'm a huge fan of The Metal but I think I'll start with some of my legendary, less angry, favorites.

Probably my favorite band of all time across all genres is Primus. I've seen them live twice, and I've seen Les Claypool live in his solo act once.

It all started with "Jerry was a Race car driver"

For those who don't know Les, fun fact: he once audition for Metallica and they denied him based solely on the fact that he is far too damn good for them.

I've seen tons of bands live (Slayer, Megadeth, Sepultura, Napalm Death, Cannibal Corpse, Korn, System of a Down, Pantera, Slipknot, Lamb of God - to name a few). But Primus is the band that showed me first hand the largest mosh pit I've ever seen, and it was to this mighty cute song:

A few thousand people went ape shit at the 1:37 mark.

I hold in high regard just about everything Claypool releases; if I had to pick a favorite song it is simply, Here Come The Bastards

I still collect discs - no streaming or mp3s here, artists need proper support 🙂

Pong by Eisenfunk is pretty addictive. Yes, it's a song about the game Pong.

Here's a recent one from Cybertronic Spree. It's Can You Picture That, a song from the Muppet movie.

I made a recent discovery of myself two days ago, that being that I enjoy 'Power Metal' very much. One of my favorite groups for sometime has been "Pentakill", which is one of the bands within the League of Legends world. Recently, I was curious as to why Pentakill had three album releases while the other music groups like K/DA and TrueDamage only had a handful of songs. Turns out Pentakill is a project from members of bands such as Dragonforce, Xerath, Motley Crue and Nine Inch Nails and they all love working on this project.

Anyways, they have fantastic music that I highly recommend anyone who likes Metal/Rock to listen to. Here's a music video for one of my favorite songs by them.

League of Legends also had an interactive concert event, throughout the concert players were able to interact with the events that take place and be a part of the story. Fantastic to watch, very entertaining concert.

In the time of your life, live - so that in that wondrous time you shall not add to the misery and sorrow of the world, but shall smile to the infinite delight and mystery of it. P.S., I can beat you at One Piece TCG and Tekken

Since the first season of the anime Mashle ended recently, here's the ending song in live action form.

Shu Cream Funk by Philosophy no Dance.

Mashle is great. It's a Harry Potter spoof, a guy who has no magical ability fakes his way into a hogwarts style magic school by using only his super human strength. He's addicted to cream puffs, which explains the theme of the music video above.

Mashle is great! I loved it so much haha, it's super funny and unique. My sister and I were really into Harry Potter, so of course I had to immediately text her and tell her to watch it! Now we're both obsessed lol

Through the darkness of futures past, the magician longs to see. One chants out between two worlds: Fire... walk with me
