I'm waited almost month, and I still can't login to my account by this error. I don't know how to fix i can't find meta horizon support. only info support.

    With the current information, the only answer I can give is ‘something is wrong.’ If you can share more specifics, we can actually troubleshoot it.

    Have you tried using your password to login?

    Actually, I never use the phone code, but log in with my password.
