오큘러스퀘스트로 구입을 하고 여러가지 게임을 구매하였습니다.

계정이 META로 전환이된 후 오랜만에 게임을 실행하였고 로그인을 진행하였으나, 구매한 게임이 없다고 표시가 됩니다. 이 경우 어떤방법으로 구입한 게임을 복원 할 수 있습니까?

I purchased an Oculus Quest and bought several games. After my account switched to Meta, I launched a game for the first time in a while and logged in, but it shows that I have no purchased games. In this case, how can I restore the games I purchased?

When did you switch to a Meta account?

Oculus accounts that weren't migrated to a Meta account by March 29, 2024 has been deleted.

People got mails with recovery codes for their purchases, if you don't find that mail, you might be out of luck and must purchase the games again. Maybe support can help, if you have still the receipts... no garantee.
