Question

Adding 3rd part apps to Meta Horizon Link (PC) doesn't work (OVR53744741)

I've gone back to using my Meta Link cable since my last use in December on my Quest 2, where I've recently redownloaded the Meta Horizon Link (PC) app. My issue arises when trying to add 3rd party VR apps... I usually click the plus icon on the top right in the "Library" tab, then click "Add it here", but when clicking on the .exe file of my PCVR game I get the following error :

"An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. (OVR53744741)

If this issue continues, please visit Meta Horizon Link support to get help.

No path supplied (1971039)"

I have tried common solutions like repairing my Meta Horizon Link (PC) app and adding the directory of the .exe in library locations, but nothing is working, and I keep getting the same error...

I would love to use the cable to play my PCVR games, since I don't have high enough internet/router speeds to have a stable wireless PCVR experience.

What other things can I do to fix my issue? Is my only solution to wait for a software update to Meta Horizon Link (PC)?

Thanks in advance.
