Question

adding a new payment method

I bought meta quest 3 a couple days ago, and everything was nice until i wanted to buy some games from meta horizon shop. I've been trying to add a new payment method (my debit card) since 5 days and every time when i put numbers correctly, there is a error: ,,an error occurred while adding the payment method". I called my bank and they said that the problems are from meta side.  Please help me how can i fix it because i cant buy any games rn. Thank you

    Thank you, i added my payment method by disabling my meta account from account center, but i've got another problem. When i buy some game and confirm this payment in my bank app there is a error which says:

     ,,Your request cannot be processed until further action is taken. We noticed something unusual and, for security reasons, we were unable to process this request. Please submit an appeal to have your case reconsidered.''

    And what do i need to do? Wait or submit an appeal? If i need to submit an appeal where do i do this and how?

    As well as the information from Choleni try this as well. A friend here in Türkiye had the same issue, it wouldn't accept his debit card, so he set up a virtual credit card on his account and it works fine. On your banking app you should find an option to set up a virtual card. I promise, it will work! 😁

      There is something that works for some people. Suggested by Choleni​ Try making the purchase from within the headset rather than the Horizon app.. Let's know how you get on. 🤞🤞
