Hi,

I keep getting notifications to verify my age before my account is suspended, however I am not getting any prompts to upload my licence.

How do I go about verifying my age?

My 10 year old's account got deleted. How do I recover the games I purchased?

FieryTapir9624 are you talking about your old Oculus account that wasn't migrated to a Meta account in time? Deadline was March, 2024.

If so, you have to search for emails from Meta.......

They sent warning emails about account deletions and also one with a recovery code if you missed/ignored the deadline.

If you can't find the mail with the code anymore, you are most likely out of luck and have to rebuy the games.

Hi Community Support

My original Meta/Quest account was also disabled as I missed the age-verification deadline. The emails were going to my spam.

I created this account purely to access the forum and seek help as I can no longer log in on my original account.

Any help would be appreciated
