Can't aktivate Xbox starter

Hello,

i have horizon+ and can't aktivate xbox Gamepass starter. I don't see the xbox banner in the store > horizon +

- i haven't an active xbox gamepass account.

    I am also don't have that banner... it's not offered in all regions.🤷‍♀️

        Same for me. Region: Germany

        Going to the information page for Horizon+ you get the impression all is clear and already waiting for you to be activated as soon as you have a Horizon+ membership:

        But no, no banner available, no information on the offer if you are looking in the Horizon+ area of your account. This is really annoying. So please tell us, when will the connection to XBOX game pass be available?  And why is the communication on the website so contrary to the reality with a paid membership?

        It is not... if you're also read the terms, which are linked on that page.

          That is even more annoying. So meta creates different classes of being a horizon+ member and only provides features to new customers? Really unfair and not feels like being valued and respected.

          What are you talking about? This has nothing to do with new or old customers. The Game Pass promo is not offered in all regions.

           The fact that people, who are already have a Xbox games pass can't use the starter edition is another thing.

            Honestly, then make it transparent where the valid regions are.

            With my initial answer in this thread, it is clear I am estimating the region Germany should be valid, since the german Horizon+ page is massivly commercializing the connection and inclusion of the gamepass.

            So why is it even announced there if Germany as a region is not included?

            Or what are the regions in Germany/Austria for geman speaking people which are valid? 

            It would not make sense to differentiate between even more detailed regions in those countries, like just allow people from Berlin, Vienna, Wattenmeer Islands or Alps? 

            Make the regions transparent where this offer is valid.

             

            And to evaluate if someone already has a game pass running or is valid with its XBOX account, requires a connection between the META and XBOX accounts and this is actually the point of this thread. That this is not even possible to initiate right now. So at least the banner to start this process should somehow be visible in the HORIZON+ area.
