Can’t take a screenshot om Quest 3

My screenshot function has suddenly stopped working. I think it was after the last controller update, but I’m not sure. Had it since January, and it’s always worked fine until recently. When I press the Meta Button and click the right trigger, nothing happens; the video function works just fine; it’s only the screenshot.

Has anybody else come across this, and how did you fix the problem?

I have put a report in to Meta but haven't had any replies yet
