Cannot add new account to my headset and cannot install Bigscreen

Since factory resetting my headset, when I type in my email address to get a link to add a new account, it tells me "Something went wrong. There was a problem sending the invitation. Please try again later." and when I try to install Bigscreen it tells me "Something went wrong.  We're having trouble completing your request. Please try again later." I'm on the Meta Quest 2.

Unable to add secondary profiles, enable App Sharing, or contact Meta Support : Quest 3 | Meta Community Forums - 1380490

Check above thread. If you have the serial number from the box (not from the inner arm of your Quest), you can raise this issue to meta support.
