Question

Cant use link error Hardware incompatible.

So i am getting an error yelling my my hardware is incompatible. Which it isn't and have checked to list provided to verify, I have also tried all troubleshooting and tests to which have no success in riding me of this error. 

 

Ryzen 9 7950X3D

Corsair Vengeance 128G DDR5 6400MHz 

Kingston Fury Renegade M.2 Read: 7300 MB/s, Write: 7000 MB/s

ASUS ROG X670E-E Motherboard

ASUS Prime RTX 5070 12GB 

Quest Link Cable bought from Quest

Link Speed 2.3-3.0 Gbps test keeps varying 

Is there any reason I should be seeing this error?

Simply ignore the "error" warning, it is nothing.

    It wont recognize my Vr games and launch them due to this error. It chooses when it wants to recognize something with this error active for me.

    I have an RTX 5080 and get the same error message. All my PCVR games work perfectly fine with AirLink.

    If you want to use the USB cable, you may need to downgrade your GPU driver:
