Charging quest 2, turns on, shuts down, repeats endlessly

When charging my quest 2, it keeps turning on, loading with the meta logo, showing the powering off/shutting down loading screen, then turning off, about 5 to 10 second delay then repeat.

This has been happening when I've been charging it for the past few days. If I unplug it, it stops but seems to be dead.

    I can't get on to the menu to factory reset the VR because there is no battery to use to get there. Please fix this issue because I'm not buying a new VR

    I have exactly the same problem but I can’t even get enough charge to try factory reset. I’ve tried the holding volume down and power at the same time but no change. I will go searching for a 20/25w charger tomorrow. Otherwise any tips would be great. 👍 many thanks
