Hello,

 

I can't create folder's for my games in my bibliotheque.

why ?

    Getting a software version update does not mean that you will get all the feature updates at the same time. They are rolled out to headsets independently of the version updates. That's why. Now you know.

      It was supposed to be rolled out with version 2.4, and here we are at 2.7 and still nothing!

      Yes, that's just the way it is.  I was one of the first to get the official version of Navigator and I still don't have all the features.  Don't sweat the small stuff, we'll get it eventually.... Hopefully! šŸ˜

        Maccyb123ā€‹ is correct, Meta has a very "special" way  to roll out features to their customers/headsets.

        I can create folders on my Quest 2,  I can't do that on my Quest 3.šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø 

        There is nothing you can do to get the feature. You/we will get it some day... probably.šŸ˜‰

          I can create folders on my Quest 3. For once, I got a new feature before you lot.

            Sorry, Sorry, I didn't mean to spam the thread.

            Iā€™m being told to wait and that there is no solution. I don't think that's right. This update option was rolled out with version 2.4, and I still don't have it as of version 2.7. I don't even know if I'll get a fix or something else. I also don't know if many people are affected. In any case, I have no desire to buy anything from the store until I have the option. Regards.
