Disabled account — can’t appeal due to login redirect loop, same-day verification deadline

My Meta/Quest account was disabled due to an incorrect age flag. I’m over the required age and have government ID ready to verify this, but I can’t reach the appeal or suspension screen at all.

When I log in, the page flashes briefly then redirects back to the login page with no error or suspension message. This happens consistently across browsers and after clearing cookies. Checked with browser dev tools — the request immediately after login is a 302 redirect from auth.meta.com/register/confirm back toward the device/login flow, creating a loop.

My headset is also showing a same-day age verification deadline that I can’t complete because of this same login issue.

I’ve already submitted a case through the Meta support chat (confirmed a human agent will follow up at my email), but given the urgency I wanted to also flag this here in case any staff/mods can help

Appreciate any help.

Please, this is a open unsecured public forum. MetaStoreHelp haven't posted a solution here since the end of 2025. They are not here anymore and there are only users. You are compromising your own security by posting personal information here. Please edit your comment and remove your gmail address. As it is already exposed beware of scammers and fraudsters contacting you via email claiming to be able to help you. They're not from Meta. If Meta do miraculously appear and offer additional help, they will leave an official email address or other method here. They won't contact you directly.

Additionally, when accessing “Manage Profiles” from a linked alt account, I get: GraphQLError 2807002 — “An allowed user on the device was of an unexpected type.” (Operation: OCDeviceProfilesManagerSurfaceQuery). Server MID: 41c66d1e0d7d180ea8d111b61691eb7

Also you are posting multiple comments in quick succession. This can be flagged as spamming resulting in a ban. Keep your comment to one post and remember not to share any information such as account details, device ID etc.
