So I last year I bought my meta quest 3 from Walmart.
And it was worked for me up until today.I noticed after updating it that it was acting super buggy last month and didn’t think much of it. Until today when I got the screen that my headset is disabled because it was reported missing or stolen. I’m the original owner who got it directly from Walmart. Can you guys help me in fixing this?

Take your proof of purchase, along with the headset, back to Walmart and ask for a replacement. Even if the warranty has expired, you have the right to demand a replacement in this situation. As long as you can actually prove that you didn't steal it yourself, that is πŸ˜‰.

I can prove it, but I have a lot of art on this headset and I don’t want to lose the data on it. If I replace it at Walmart, I’m starting clean. And I don’t want to do that.

Tough πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ. I gave you a solution and now you are... moving the goalpost.

Anyway, doesn't all headsets have cloud backup?

Blacklisted headsets cannot be unlocked, not even by Meta.
