dropping frames

I can't figure out why I'm dropping frames;

I'm using quest 2 connected with usb 3.0 and verified speeds, whilst playing beat saber my game starts dropping tons of frames and then goes back to normal every so often, to an unplayable amount.

I have an rtx 3050 in my laptop with a ryzen 7435hs and 16gb ram. 

Please help me, I don't know what else I need to provide.
