Elite strap with battery

just bought a quest 3 and a battery strap and installed it, and pressed the button on the bottom of the battery pack and now its flashing orange and green, which the instructions say is  "error". I can't find anything about the error anywhere

Contact a human Meta support person at the link below. I'd go with the WhatsApp option first, it's the quickest.

    friend walked in a day after posting this, and then told me they fixed it. idk what they did but its not done that since. ive learned i have to unplug it from the headset while not in use though, the headset just drains it.
