I recently have a problem with my headset quest three it says I’m moving and you put it in travel mode but I’m not moving. I’m in sitting position and it told me to reset. I did reset it tell me to hold it in 30 seconds. I did hold it for 30 seconds. I put the light on I switch the batteries on the remote. I did everything possible and it’s still not detecting my boundaries and it’s grayed out. I have to work on Meta Horizon cause that’s where I build and this is stressing me out because it’s not working. It’s just freezing the screen getting me dizzy. I did everything it told me to do and it’s still not doing it. Can you please help me or maybe it’s it internal which that I have nothing to do with please help.

    Hi royal.rose.vr 🙂

Try if clearing the boundary history can solve that.

If you just got an update... you can try, if restarting the headset - maybe several times  - helps.

Perhaps the update tool can fix your problem.

    Meta Quest software update (en-gb)

If nothing works, you might have to do a factory reset.

In case you want to contact Meta support via email, chat or Whats App... you can do that HERE

Use an incognito window to open the link, otherwise the support options won't show up.
