HELP META!!!
So basically my question is controller/left quest 2 the light stays on and it won’t connect to the app but the light is a still light I don’t know what to do and yeah.

Try if taking out the battery for 10 min can fix that.... maybe you're lucky. OP needs to replace his controller.🙁
If this doesn't help, use a repair service like "fix my Oculus" - if you are in the USA.
If you are located anywhere else, google for vr headset repair to find a repair service in your country.
