How to remove a quest from oculus-app??

Since I had a battery related issue with the new quest (didn't charge), I've had to exchange the quest. New one works great.

But now I have two quests in the oculus app. The old-broken-one, and the new one. How do I remove the old one from the oculus app?

    Hey guys. This post seems to be pretty old with not a lot of new activity, so I will be locking this thread. If you're having issues with removing your devices from the mobile app, I recommend starting a new thread so more people can interact with it and support can reach out and help as well.

    Found a way to do it if anyone is still having problems with this. You go into your account on the Oculus website. Then there is a drop down menu where you can choose “My devices” should look something like this screenshot. Sorry about it being cut off my iPhone didn’t show the whole thing but the button below your quest says “Delete device data”.

    Hope this helps. 



    FINALLY!!!  Thanks @Cheese_Burgers for noticing they fixed it! It works like they described. 

    - Login at oculus.com
    - Top right: click your name and select My Profile
    - Left menu: click My Devices
    - DOUBLE CHECK the serialnumber to be deleted and click DELETE DEVICE DATA
    - They will send a code to your emailaccount to confirm
    - Enter Code and confirm
    - Boom, GONE!

      when I clicked devises, shows nothing. On my quest app shows previous same headsets over an over. You would thought they would give you an option to remove from the app.

       

      Even on my roomate account device shows nothing from the page but on the app shows previous headset

      Hey there! For the time being there is no way to remove any past devices. There has been many others that have brought this up through our Idea forums as well.

      People were able to remove that from the site and app.  On the app when I log in I have 10 duplicates of the same device

      Umm weird I only knew deleting data device did not removed the actual device from the account.
