How to remove a quest from oculus-app??

Since I had a battery related issue with the new quest (didn't charge), I've had to exchange the quest. New one works great.

But now I have two quests in the oculus app. The old-broken-one, and the new one. How do I remove the old one from the oculus app?

    NOT A SOLUTION - MARKING FOR VISIBILITY

    Hey guys. This post seems to be pretty old with not a lot of new activity, so I will be locking this thread. If you're having issues with removing your devices from the mobile app, I recommend starting a new thread so more people can interact with it and support can reach out and help as well.

    @support

    I am also very interested in seeing this feature come to the Oculus app.

    Just letting you guys know, this is still a PROBLEM.

    That isn't an active or official account. You want @OculusSupport.
    Strangely, the support article for Quest here says to disassociate the account from the device through the Delete Device Data function exactly as it works for Go, but that function still doesn't exist for Quest.

    So this is STILL a problem?  What is everyone doing for a solution?

    Still a problem as of 11/13 and I imagine everyone is still stressed about their data being on a device they've returned without having an ability to delink said device. I don't want my refurbished device having any data on it which the next buyer could then use.

    there is a section for your devices, and there you can delete device data.

    Thanks for trying to help out, but that's exactly the problem. You can delete device data,  for everything BUT the Quest. Lookup the screenshot posted earlier in this thread. There's no button, where it should have been.

    Found a way to do it if anyone is still having problems with this. You go into your account on the Oculus website. Then there is a drop down menu where you can choose “My devices” should look something like this screenshot. Sorry about it being cut off my iPhone didn’t show the whole thing but the button below your quest says “Delete device data”.

    Hope this helps.

    This is not a solution at all. It doesn't count for me to have any device connected. The phone app has it and I can't get out to add it again because it wants me to enter a pin code to continue and this app won't let me put in any code. I have a new helmet that I can't use because of a stupid code that I have nowhere to enter.
