I can't get in my account due to 2fa authenticator

I have an account that was made soley for the meta quest. I am logged into my meta quest, but I can log into that account on my phone or pc because of 2fa. I don't know how to contact anyone other than this. I was wondering if there was some way to disable 2fa with support?

Please any help would be appreciated.

Anonymous I assume he can't access this page because there is no device on the account he is currently using?

Choleni you can get to that link via the problem with payments pages and select 'my problem isn't here' I tried the link in incognito mode, so no headset data and was still able to access the page.
