I cant seem to calibrate my eyes

I own a quest pro and any time i try to recalibrate my eyes it stops calibration at like 80% and displays a notification saying something like "could not be completed, eye tracking may not be optimal" it happens every time no matter what i try, is there a fix or something im overlooking?
