I seen in a YouTube video that Laying Down Mode was coming to the quest in v53, but this feature did not appear.What happened to this highly anticipated feature? Im trying to buy a game on the oculus store with a pre paid gift card, the numbers are right, it has enough money in, and its activated and its still saying that the card is declined and to re-enter the information or try a different payment method. Ive re-enterned the cards details multiple times and its still being declined

Hi,I know the answer may already be in the forum in some form based on what I've already read but there are so many permutations on this issue I want to be sure I get the right answer for my specific situation.My son setup his quest 3 with his meta account. I presume this makes him the "admin" for this device. Since then I have setup my own account and set it as a supervisor/parent account. It's not clear if my son remains the 'admin' for this headset or if it's me now that I'm supervising his account. 1st question: is it likely that my son is still admin on this headset?We've both been able to log in and use the headset with both our accounts.2nd question: i want to buy a new app (bonelab) that my son wants. Should I purchase this through his (assuming he is still the admin) account or my account? I want to ensure we are both able to play the game on the headset. Hi,I was wondering how to disable the head tracked dot(cursor) when I'm not using the Oculus controllers. I'm running an APK, and after a while of not using my controllers, they go away (sometimes in my face, but that's another issue), and it shows a white dot that can be used as a cursor (using volume buttons to click).  However, when using an android app with a gamepad, the dot is incredibly annoying, and makes the experience unplayable. Picked up a Rift S recently and it refuses to work because of the well-known displayport issue. I've already submitted a ticket, but I thought I'd try to gather info from the community as to which fixes worked and which didn't.The specific issue I'm talking about is where after connecting the Rift S, both connections will seem OK for a few seconds, but then the Displayport disconnects and you're left with one of these status screens in the Oculus app:There's plenty of speculation as to the cause of this issue and no official word from Oculus as far as my research goes, the most likely culprits seem to be a power delivery issue where the headset is drawing too much power for the USB port to keep up (which, for some reason, causes an issue with the DP connection rather than the USB one), a bad cable, or a software/firmware issue caused by the 2019 update that brought Facebook integration to the Oculus app (this is, again, pure speculation, but there are a few articles that suggest these

Is anyone working on the Quest 3 elite battery issue?  It charges but won’t connect to the headset for more than a few seconds, meaning you cannot charge through the back port.

I just installed an app, but I can't find it. But I can give it permission.

I can t add any credit card to my account. I tried 6 different credit card master, visa, American Express and debit. No luck. I couldn’t buy any thing for 1 year. Is this Facebook Oculus!!! Why you bought oculus!!! To make more harder to serve oculus services!!! That is enough for me. Just solve my problem. Hi everyone! I'm new to the whole Oculus/Meta Quest as I've only ever owned wired VR headsets to the PC I was wondering if you guys will be getting the 128GB or the 512GB model, and which would you recommend? My virtual keyboard doesn't show up in the rectangle dedicated to it, instead I see a part of my wallpaper. At times it appears on the main screen but after closing the Dash it's gone until I restart Oculus. The keys work propely but I can't see what I'm pressing. Is there a way to restore the original position of the virtual keyboard? I suppose the way it works is that Oculus Dash mirrors a portion of the screen where the virtual keyboard should be to show it in the dedicated rectangle.Forgive me for the low amount of information given, if you need additional info just let me know.

I recently have had 2 messed up controllers left hand has controller drift and right hand has controller drift is cracked and has major tracking issues. I was wondering if my oculus quest 1 still has its warranty activated so I can get replacement controllers.

I have the Oculus Quest 2. Played today for a bit and put it to charge like always do. At the end of the day I wanted to play again and noticed there was absolutely no sound coming out of the headset speakers. Nothing at all. I've tried turning off for some time and back on and nothing. When I cast to my Iphone there is sound on the phone but still nothing on the headset. I don't have a PC or use Oculus link. I just use a normal cable to tranfer videos or screenshots from my OC2 to my Imac. Any help?

 As I'm sure most know that AMD has made their version of DLSS open source and even works on NVidia cards.  There are many youtube videos about how to mod individual games and who would benefit most.  There is also a Steam app that you can run in the background called Lossless scaling, that I confirmed does work in VR. Only two games I had a chance to try it out on were. Fallout 4 VR, my PC usually handles this game very nicely but the fans would certainly rev up. With FSR the GPU fans stay close to idle on that one. The other was Doom FSR. Just wow on that one, seemed to have a 100% increase in performance and looked wonderful.  AMD FSR and Lossless scaling app has postponed any immediate GPU upgrade plans here

Where can i find the debug tool? I have the runtime 1.3.2 installed and own the CV1.I have been looking for the " OculusDebugTool.exe" but cant find it.  Any help is appreciatedthx
