I don't use worlds often, about a month or so i tried to go to music and it say i cant visit worlds cause im restricted.  I have ever only interacted with friend on a game.  I never interact with people in worlds.  I never got an email or and kind of notification.  I don't know why or who could have reported me.  

Hi Folks,I just got a PowerA charging dock for my Quest 3 (the only dock I could find  in-stock that charges the headset using the 3 pads at the bottom of the headset instead of the USB-C port).  It's a luxury, but I really prefer docking to plugging/unplugging all the time.  I imagine my question applies generally to any dock that uses that connector since it seems to me like that must be a "dumb" connection (just power, ground, and a charging status wire), not USB or anything that can do much in the way of negotiation.Does anyone know what the Quest 3 is "supposed" to do when charging is happening through those pads?If an external power source (battery or charger) is connected to the headset USB-C port, does that get prioritized over the front pads?  Or do the pads take precedence?  Or do things catch on fire?  Or does the universe divide by zero?If a battery strap is connected to the USB-C port, can the headset charge it using power from the front charg

Hi, im from israel and when i try to buy stuff, it gives me an error. No explenation, just an error. I cannot change the credit card number, cannot do anything at the store.Do you have any idea? 

Okay so basically on my meta Quest 2 if I look around too fast it just turns to a certain direction I don't know how to fix it someone knows how to fix it please let me know 

My email got hacked and until I realized within 24 hrs. time, the hacker changed my email to another email on my instagram account than he connected some sort of Meta Horizon account, once I realized, I changed my email back on instagram account as well password changed and 2F authorization done but I am unable to remove the connected account added by hacker.Whenever i try to remove this meta horizon account from my instagram, they are asking to set new password for this meta account because standalone meta account without password cannot be used in instagram, if i try to create password than the verification goes to hacker meta horizon account which i dont have access.Any solution????

I faculty restarted my Oculus after years because it wouldn't let me back in and it keeps telling me to put in code and follow the instructions it tells you to but there is no instructions and I looked and I looked there's nowhere to put in a code so now I can't pay Oculus ever again

My phone said it paired but the Oculus said I need to put the code in to my phone 

The VR connection both the Air-link & USB Cable launch works one day and then fail the next, the system is not stable, I have posted questions asked for a solution from Meta, NothingAll i see is speculations, guessing at a solution, trail and error, enough with the BS Meta needs to provide full documentation on a solution that has been tested and proven to work, be that a software fix or OS fix,I have the Quest 3, 512Gb top of the line device, a new high end gaming computer Having a device that does not work correctly namely the VR connection issue comes down to the poor engineering with all the millions Mr. Zuckerberg has with his access to technology his company is unable to produce a product that is functional, I just do not get it. Please do not respond with "have I tried this or that" i do not want any guesses, or some wild speculation on a system hack,  I want a proven engineered fix from Meta.Thank you Marcel LouisRocket Scientist..

A few days ago my Quest 3 rebooted by itself, showed an icon of a chip with an arrow pointing to it and a green progress bar, which most probably means it's trying to update the firmware. Since then I've tried literally everything, multiple reboots, factory reset, sideloading an update via the Meta web page (error connecting to device), got several firmware versions from cocaine.trade/Quest_3_firmware and sideloaded them with adb (which at least _appeared_ to do something), but the problem persists: After every reboot the device goes into that firmware update mode and after it, it's a black screen.Meta let me down... refusing any meaningful support and also the replacement of the device on the grounds that it's half a year out of warranty. I loved the Quest 3, but this horrible attitude towards the customer is shocking.

My Oculus quest 2 won't charge even though I bought a new charger, first few months it was perfectly fine but then this week, it used to only charge at a certain angle, but now it won't charge at all.

Yesterday when i got home i picked up my headset from the charger to turn it on the led was green, but when i put it on the screen is full black. the led never came back after replunging it back in. I'm very confused it work perfectly fine before yesterday. i bought the quest 3 less then a year ago. I tried the trouble shooting like hold down the power for 20-30 seconds and the hold down power and volume down.I don't know what to do and I'm worried.

Nothing installed other than store games.  On the 3s it is only Walkabout and Beat Sabre.  The 3 has a few more like Warplanes etc...   Like a fair number of others report neither headset will update past v78.1027.  Say installing upon reboot but version stays the same.  Next time I upgrade I will look seriously at other offerings.  This is absurd.  I've searched Reddit, here and other forums but all I see is live with it and hope Meta fixes it.$750 on a headsets that Meta can't update properly.

I feel the whole App Library on the meta quests needs a huge rework, having my games mixed in with force installed apps is really annoying over time, and I like the new hide feature but it still doesn’t cut it with apps I don’t want to hide, the filters are niche at best with just “installed”, “uninstalled”, etcand I would love some filters or categories that I could custom make to just put my games in, that could show in the dock on the left hand side of the library as this doesn’t get much love at all   

I supervise my under 13 son's account and I purchased some credits for him to spend. However, we cannot figure out how to use them. If he tries to buy something, it says to ask a parent. If I respond to the request, it only allows us to use my credit card for payment. What steps are we missing?

so i was playing gorilla tag recording a video and then all of a sudden it crashes and then i would open it back up and then it would crash after 2 seconds

I just recieved an email stating "Take action on this account by August 22 to keep using it".I followed the link and chose to verify by payment. Payment went through successfully, but then it asked me to obtain a code from my quest to complete the process. I put on the quest, and no prompt came up to allow me to complete the process. Having missed this step, will my account still be locked out on August 22nd despite my card being charged to verify my ID? What else can I do other than scour the very unhelpful support site?

I have a budget (Around 100$) , I'm from Poland and I'm seeing that used headsets are expensive. Over 400$. Was mainly looking for quests. Is there any sense? I found a oculus quest 1 listing that was cheaper, and I mainly want to use it for PCVR My specs are: CPU: AMD Radeon 5600 GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7600 32gb ram Is there any sense even buying a VR? I would like to play VRCHAT.

I am sooooooooooo tired of not being able to use my $500 quest 3 because of these controllers constantly failing. the purple lights is new. The first two times, there was no explanation. Meta support is useless. Meta again wants me to send back the right controller, and the process takes a month. I basically have not been able to use it more than a few days after the first fail of left.Meta keeps sending refurbished, won't address rhe firmware or bigger issue, and my warranty runs out soon, which means buying new controllers every week? Seriously?I have done everything but a factory reset of headset because 1. It's a pain to set back up, and 2. I have a feeling it won't work anyway based on what I read. I put in fresh batteries and it either says it is dead or 70% which makes absolutely no sense. why does this keep happening and is there a potential fix?  

Since last update on my Quest 3, when I try to enter text on the virtual keyboard (enter my email on website for exemple) the keyboard instantly disappears, so it's impossible to type anything. Someone knows about this issue have have a solution ? Thanks

This feature allows users to select UI elements by simply resting the pointer or gaze on them for a set amount of time, without pressing any button.This interaction method would make the Quest platform much more inclusive for people with limited motor control, including those with disabilities affecting hand movement. So I resently factory reset my meta quest 2 and I’m going through the steps like you normally do when you first start but there’s a problem. I have already removed the taps from my handles and I have turned the be on and off again and even tried to see if I can somehow “remove” the taps from the handles (I don’t have any) so I’m kind lost and confused so for anyone out there that can help me figure this out that would be amazing!

Hello, I had my personal Facebook hacked, which lead to my business page being hacked. Once my business page was hacked , I was removed from full access control, and $700 worth of payments were made from my credit card to “ads” .i have cancelled my card, however I cannot access my business manager due to the hack. I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone from Facebook or met. any help? TYIA

Set this to delayed startup in services and most likely will solve your infinite loading when using quest link app.

Hello just double checking curently the system is telling me that my 4070 Laptop GPU is not a compatible system was looking for confirmation as it it is not listen under compatible or incompatible.  Thank you, hoping system updates are a possibility in the future.
