Issue resetting store pin

I'm trying to reset my store PIN but not receiving the email. I tried to follow the advice provided to someone else a few months ago and it didn’t work. Hoping someone has a fix.

    Have you looked in your spam folder?

    If you can't find the mail, contcat Meta support via email, chat or WhatsApp HERE

      Hi, 

      Thank you for replying. I've checked my spam folder and it's not there. I went to contact Meta support via the methods advised by you and it's telling me my email is incorrect yet in my settings it's the same one so I'm not sure what to do next!

      That's probably the reason why you don't receive the mail for a new store pin.

      Have you tried the WhatsApp option to talk with an human instead of AI?

      So frustrating! It won’t let me use WhatsApp as it wants to confirm my email and despite the settings telling me the email is correct it says it’s incorrect when submit. I’ll continue to try.

      If you can't make it work at all, create a new Meta account with a different email address. Use the new account to contact support via the link I provided and explain your situation.
