lost access to my authenticator code

i lost the way to receive the code from my authenticator and now cant log into any new device or the app i still have the email and password and am still logged into my headset is there anything i can do?

    i already have it doesnt help all it says is stuff ive already tried

    Contact Meta support at this email link. They might be able to help you. If you had searched the forum as @steve_40 suggested, you would have found this link along with the other things to try first. I posted it in there. Anyway here it is and have all your information ready.
