Recently me and my friends got back into vr, I can’t log into the app with my main account on phone but in logged in on my vr. I can’t log in because I had authenticator app setup for it but I got a new phone and factory reset my old phone, the key didn’t transfer over and now I can’t access the account on phone

If anyone knows a way I can get my account please let me know I really need it, thanks
