Meta account disabled after missed age-verification deadline

Hello,

I missed the deadline to confirm the age associated with my Meta account, and the verification link in the email has now expired. The account has been permanently disabled, so I can no longer access it or contact support from that account.

Is there any way to complete the age verification after the deadline and recover the account? Has anyone experienced the same situation, or does anyone know how to reach the appropriate support team?
