Meta Quest 3 Looping Support Page

Meta uses an AI chatbot on their support page because they want to be "up with tech trends" or whatever, but the AI bot is looping me in circles. When I ask it to connect with an agent, it gives me a link that leads me right back to the support page. I cannot get in contact with a human agent and the AI is unable to help me start a warranty claim. This is genuinely just horrific. I can't start a warranty claim unless I can contact a human. Do better.

    An update: I found out that you send it through a different page, but now there's another issue. I can't get into contact with a human, and I have a limited warranty on a refurbished unit that I cannot use because when I try to use the page to start a warranty claim, it sends the warranty claim to someone else's email.
