Muchas gracias.

    Hi MixSer 🙂

If it's a manufacturing defect, it's covered by the warranty.

Damage to the lenses caused by your own actions, such as scratches from glasses, is not covered by the warranty.

Reach out to Meta support via email, chat, or WhatsApp HERE and see what they say.

I thought people in countries with 2 years of warranty - like me in Germany are priviliged - but just learned Spain has 3 years of warranty.👍😂

MixSer The advice from Choleni is best. However, if you think you might have accidentally scratched the lenses yourself and that's not covered by warranty,, here is a solution I saw on YouTube. If the scratches are not deep, a product called Polywatch is perfect for removing light scratches from plastic or acrylic lenses. I have a watch collection including some vintage watches with this type of plastic crystal and it cleans it perfectly. It is a German product and you can get it online easily.
