No button does not work

I made an account, and i get this notification that i need details to verify my account or else my account will be suspended by aug 7th. I tap it, it asks me "Is a child between 12 and 10 using this account?" i tap "No" and nothing happens. Like literally nothing happens. but if i tap yes it brings to this page and everything to verify and stuff. It's making me really stressed because The "No" Button doesn't work!
