No order confirmation

Hey i am trying to connect to meta customer support but not able to the Ai chat is keeping me in loop… so i placed order and did guest checkout and paid with affirm and made some down payment i got confirmation from affirm but didn’t get any email confirmation receipt or order number from meta so can somebody help me with that i don’t know how to reach the customer support or meta i tried everything please help me

Unfortunately Rmnaa​  this is a user only forum, nobody here works for Meta, there are no Meta community managers here or Meta moderators. Meta have not monitored this forum since late 2025. We have no access to accounts or payments information so cannot advise you other than to offer this link to various ways to contact Meta Support directly. I hope you can get a resolution soon.

I tried everything even the link you sent this is what i get all the time—

We couldn't find any devices associated with this Meta account

 don’t know whom to talk with… affirm is telling me to contact merchant  tried everything came to this platform that maybe someone will have meta customer support email or any other contact info

OK, the issue is between Meta and Affirm and likely it is Affirm that is the problem. If your payment arrived at Meta you would see it. You're on the wrong forum here, we cannot offer help on this. The only support we can offer is above. Probably your best option is to ask Affirm to request a refund of your payment.

Hey Rmnaa​ , do you have any previous orders on meta.com? (https://www.meta.com/my/orders/) If so, could you DM me any of your previous order IDs? If not, is there any ID you can find that can link you to your account?

Rmnaa​ gzu2018 is NOT a Meta employee. He is a scammer. He just joined one hour ago. There are no Meta staff here, no Meta moderators, no Meta community managers. Don't give him any information. I've reported him for possible fraud. You should do the same. This is an open unsecured public forum, give no personal information to anyone on this forum. ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️
