I'm having issue connect airlink, it was work fine last week, but this week when I try to start, it says I need to pair it again, not a big deal yet, have that before, so I tried to pair them as usual.

But when pair code shown in my Quest3, there is no dialog box pop up in Meta Horizon Link on PC as usual, but as soon as the code expired message shown in my headset the Paring Code Expired dialog also poped up in my MHLink.

Restarted Link APP/ Quest3 and my PC few times and still this issue, USB connection link working  fine though.

That's also my thought, but never able to find it...

silly solution: just uninstall and reinstall the link app then the code pop out normally and the rest just work out fine...

Another things noticed is before initiate pairing in Q3, the Link's Devices tab show my Q3 "Not Connected", as soon as the pair code shown in headset it shows "Connected and Ready", but as soon as expire, it went back to Not connected.

Hi umi2615 πŸ™‚

Is the Quest connected via USB when you try to pair it with air link?

If so, disconnect the cable and try again.

If not, connect the cable and try again.......

Actually, it shouldn't make a difference if you are connected or not.....yet,  I still would try that.

If this doesn't work enable PTC in the link app(only in the link app, NOT on the Quest) - it'll give you v2.05 - perhaps this can solve your problem. You can roll back the link app to your current version just by disabeling PTC.

A silly thoughtπŸ€ͺ...... I know, the pop up with the code is normally "above" the link app, but have you looked, when you minimize the link app, if the the code pop up is "underneath" the app for some reason?

Nice! πŸ™‚πŸ‘

I'll mark it as solved if that's ok.
