      Do you really mean v52? This version is years old... or do you mean v2.5?

      If you just got the update  - restart the Quest.

      In the menu bar click the icon on the far right which says "more options"when hovering over it, the click on "go to loft.

          serg.304587​  Hm, my Quest 2 is on the same versiion/build, I have no issues.

          But you are not in passthrough. Can you open the environment menu on your left controller? Have you tried what happens when you select another environment?

          If you can't get it work, you might have to do a factory reset.

          Maybe try the update tool first😉

            I don't have any controllers.

            I can see around me through the camera.

            I don't want to do a hard reset.

            What kind of device is this that only solves problems with a hard reset?

            And after updating to 2.5, hand tracking started working even worse!!!
