Question

Played with friend's headset once and created an account, can I get a refund for the $39.99?

I got excited when I tried my friend's occulus, and it is awesome! But I forgot that I created a log-in as part of the process, and now a month or so later I got charged $39.99. Is there a way to get a refund? I plan on playing again soon, but I'm sure there must be an entry level tier at a lower price for a second-time user such as myself. Thank you!

What exactly were you charged $39.99 for? Horizon + subscription is $59.99 for a year. Did you pay for a shorter time? 

Anyway, as you freely paid the money, I'm not sure if you can get it back........but there is hope!! 😁
