Problem with moving from controller control to hands

Hello,

I would like to move from controllers to hands. For this, in the settings, the option (Press the counters twice against each other to follow the hands) is active.

In practice, this does not work, because the option (Automatic switching between hands and counters) is active equalization.

The problem is that if I disable this option, the option (please apply it twice on the counterusers against each other for manual tracking) disappears. 

How do I actually enable this setting ?
