Quest 2 Fine at 1am today, Went to charge it after its battery died and is now stuck.

My headset was working normally at 1AM today and then i went to charge it alittle over 4 hours ago, when i went to put on the headset it was stuck in passthrough, my controllers wont connect, i cant connect to the app, i tried restarting it abunch and doing a force reset in the debug menu. nothing seems to work. someone please help
