Quest 2 loop after the latest update (2.5.0)

Quest 2 loop after The latest update (2.5.0). 

The loop occurs between passthrough mode and the video demonstrating the controls.

I've already tried all the tips I found online and nothing changed.

    What exactly have you tried?

    Have you restarted the Quest? Not only once, but several times?

    Have you used the update tool?

    If nothing helped........ did you do a factory reset?
