Quest 2: My headset keeps switching between passthrough and the virtual environment

Hello, I recently turned on my Quest—which I hadn't used in about six months—and I'm encountering an issue I've never had before. Once powered on, the view toggles back and forth between passthrough and the virtual environment every two seconds.

I first tried performing a factory reset, but that didn't work.

Then, I installed the latest update via my computer as recommended by Meta, but that didn't work either.

I've tried all of this several times, but nothing seems to help.

Do you have any ideas on what to do? Or is my headset dead?
