Quest 3 Bricked BY YOU, META!

I am BEYOND livid! $550 down the **bleep**ter because I tried buying a headset off of YOUR GOD DAMNED MARKETPLACE!

It was brand new in box. Everything was working just fine for nearly a month, then one day a message on my Quest 3 says that it was reported stolen. You tell me to contact the seller. The seller doesn't respond. You tell me I'm **bleep**ed because they won't get back to me.

I fill out the scam report section on your **bleep** SITE! Your **bleep**ing trash AI bots can't access any of the links I'm sending to the sellers pages. Each piece of info I send can't be verified, so I check the links I'm sending and they're coming back as invalid, SECONDS AFTER I JUST COPIED THEM! Everything I can think to send immediately starts disappearing while I'm scrambling to grab as much info as possible. Within 10 minutes everything's deleted. Their messages, account, EVERYTHING! I have NOTHING to compile for my report. No name. No address. No number. No message history. No account info at all. All of it wiped from your website. I say again, I have nothing to send your useless silicon tumor of an AI "help" system!

You have my info. You know how to contact me. I wish I could say the same about you! You have all of the information of my transaction. I KNOW YOU DO! Your business IS information.

This is a user-only forum. There are no Meta support staff here. You are screaming into the void. If you bought from a third-party seller on Facebook Marketplace or elsewhere, and not from an official seller or Meta's official store, then buyer beware.

    If you buy a Porsche from a shady dealer and the police confiscate it for theft, you wouldn't hold Porsche responsible, would you?

    Same thing applies here, It's not Meta's fault and even if you would talk to a human... they can't help you.

     

    Buy from an authorizized retailer or take the risk to lose your money. 🤷‍♀️
