Quest 3 gallery incorrectly cropping portrait video
When I try to play back a portrait mode video I shot on my phone (Pixel 9 Pro) in the Gallery app in the headset, the video appears severely cropped.
The issue is the video is stored as 1920x1080 with a 90º (or 270º) rotation flag that the player is not properly taking into account.
Oddly enough, the player doesn't entirely ignore the flag, since the image is properly rotated.
The problem comes because for some reason it seems to think the video as being in landscape mode, and goes on to create a landscape mode viewport the width of the now-portrait video (1080), which at 16:9 leaves you with a height of 607 pixels. Less than 1/3 of the video's 1920 height.
The easy way out would be to move on to another player, but I'd really like to be able to use the native Gallery for the 3D conversion feature.
Hope this makes sense and it can be corrected some time soon.
Thanks in advance.
