Quest 3 Hand Controllers Not Detected by MSFS 2024

I have a Quest 3 and connect to a Windows 11 PC through Virtual Desktop. When I then activate Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and enter VR mode, the Hand controllers are not showing up in the list of Controllers in game. The controllers work in the 2D desktop of Virtual Desktop, but don't get detected as wireless controllers by the game. This should work as several YouTube videos demonstrate the correct control binding to use with them.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this issue?

I have resolved this issue. For anyone else experiencing the same issue, there is a setting in Virtual Desktop under Streaming called Track Controllers. This needs to be on for MSFS 2024 to recognize the controllers in VR.

If it's not working on on this app only, it's a problem with the app.. Maybe contact the relevant Microsoft support team.
