Quest 3 stuck on loading screen in Horizon Worlds - won't connect

Hi everyone,

My Quest 3 is not connecting to Horizon Worlds properly. When I launch the app it gets stuck on the loading screen and never fully connects. I've already tried restarting the headset, clearing the app cache and reinstalling Horizon Worlds but the issue keeps coming back.

My Wi-Fi connection is stable and other apps work fine. Has anyone else experienced this recently or found a fix? Would appreciate any help!

That’s frustrating, especially since everything was working fine before the update. I’d suggest checking whether the latest Meta Quest Link software is fully compatible with your new laptop and trying a clean reinstall of the Link app, including its drivers. Hopefully, Meta can identify what changed in the update and get you back to your virtual visits soon.
