Quest3 Elite Strap with Battery back screw loose

Hello, I haven´t use too much my Quest3, and the head support felt loose, so I checked, and that tiny screw was out, and I have to disassemble the plastic support to be able to screw it back, does anyone know how to do it? do I have to send it back to Oculus?

I forced and twisted a little the plastic holder from the back and I was able to use my 6-point screwdriver and fix it correctly.  And it worked fine without disassembling the back nor breaking anything.

Hey I’m also having this issue, how do you get the screwdriver in? I don’t want to break the strap completely. Please help

Hi thanks will order the screw driver. The screw appears to be missing, do you know where we get the replacement screw, as this feel off and cannot it.

My 10 year old son lost the screw to the strap on the meta quest 3 elite strap with battery, we cant find it anywhere. How can i get another screw. The elite strap was so expensive and now its useless because of a tiny screw

My sons has done the same thing and in trying to put the screw back in the white piece has started to crack. Does anyone know if you can get a replacement part?

My screw has come out completely and fallen and I cannot find.  What type of screw should I order to secure the rubber heel back onto the Elite Strap?

    I bought a second meta elite battery strap because that screw fell out and we couldnt find it and 8 months later it happend again and now that screw is lost so i have garbage elite battery straps.
