Redeemed gift card to wrong account

I purchased a gorilla tag shiny rocks gift card for the Meta quest and I’ve redeemed it in the app, but there are two accounts in my app mine and the one I monitor of my son who has age restrictions. It was his gift card but now it’s loaded into my account. I’ve tried using the chat function to fix the issue but it never connects me with a live agent. It’s maddening. How can I get in touch with someone about this? The help page is also telling me it won’t load bc of technical issues
