Replacement-sill waiting

Sent my Quest 3S back at the beginning of March and expected my replacement within 5 days. Still not received it and keep getting fobbed off. Won’t even escalate it. I am so fed up. Any advice how to get my replacement.

    Unfortunately 5 days is a fantasy. Expect a 3 to 5 month time line.
